Royal Museums Greenwich Appoint New Roster of Floristry Suppliers

Wednesday, July 5, 2023 - 11:30

Royal Museums Greenwich (RMG) has appointed a roster of new floristry suppliers to help them meet the demand of the ever-growing and evolving events offering.

Following a competitive process, RMG has carefully selected a range of floristry suppliers to suit various price points, styles, and specific floral requirements.  On the list are Chic Weddings and Events, Hybrid Flowers, Karen Woolven Flowers, Lavender Green Flowers, Mary-Jane Vaughan Designs, Mimi Fleur, Simon Lycett and Twilight Trees. The new list of floristry suppliers begins this summer.

Events take place at the famous World Heritage Site comprising of the tea clipper Cutty Sark, the National Maritime Museum, the Queen’s House, Royal Observatory Greenwich, and the Peter Harrison Planetarium.

This historic collection of museum and gallery spaces showcases pioneering architecture, British art and history, and scientific discovery and exploration - all with a local park-side setting.  With unique spaces available to hire across every site, the museum provides standout settings for events of all kinds including weddings, charity events, corporate events, team building, summer parties and Christmas parties.

Commenting on the partnerships, Sophie Linin, Deputy Head of Events said:

‘We strive here at Royal Museums Greenwich to ensure that each of our clients’ experience outstanding, memorable events across our five iconic venues, and key to that vision is working with a carefully curated list of diverse, innovative and sustainably sensitive suppliers. Following our catering and production tenders in 2021 and 2022, we are thrilled to follow up with a new selection of excellent floristry partners and we look forward to working closely with them all to offer clients transformative visual additions for their events here’.
